History
Ivanhoe Cricket Club Incorporated (“ICC”) was established on 14th September 2015 in time for the commencement of the 2015/16 cricket season. ICC evolved from the amalgamation of Ivanhoe Cricket Club (1906) and East Ivanhoe Saints Cricket Club (2000).
For just over 100 years, both Ivanhoe Park and Chelsworth Park has been the focal point for cricket in the Ivanhoe area. ICC has Senior Mens, Junior & Veteran’s cricket available. Senior Women’s cricket is commencing for the opening of the 2021/22 season.
It has four senior grade teams that compete in the Victorian Sub District Cricket Association (VSDCA) turf competition and junior cricket teams in synthetic competitions within the Eastern Cricket Association and Senior Women’s Cricket in the North Metro Cricket Association.
Our vision is for Ivanhoe CC to be a broadly based community cricket club with a focus on quality cricketing outcomes both on and off the field. A key aim is for Ivanhoe to be a “club of choice” in the north east area of metropolitan Melbourne.
